Yes! You can download individual photos and videos directly from the Gallery inside the platform.

This allows you to easily save specific moments from your event to your device.

How to Download a Photo or Video

To download a file from the gallery:

1. Open your event page.
2. Navigate to the Gallery section.
3. Find the photo or video you want to download.
4. Open the post.
5. Select the download option to save the file to your device.

The file will then be saved to your phone or computer depending on the device you are using.

Where Files Download

Downloads typically save to:

• Your camera roll if you're using a mobile device
• Your downloads folder if you're using a computer

Because the platform runs as a progressive web app (PWA), downloads work directly through your device’s browser without requiring an app.

Accessing Your Event Gallery

Your event gallery contains all the photos and videos uploaded by guests before, during, and after the wedding. From there, you can browse memories, interact with posts, and download any files you’d like to keep.

All uploads remain available on the platform for six months, giving everyone time to view and download their favorite moments.
